Jeremy Harper, Broker
Jeremy Harper, a native of Seneca Rocks and a graduate of Pendleton County High School and Virginia Military Institute, has had a love of WV land and water his entire life. After a career in professional baseball, Jeremy returned home to Seneca Rocks and has been in the real estate world in property sales and residential/land appraisals for over 15 years. After spending the last three years as a busy sales agent, Jeremy decided to open his own brokerage, Seneca Rocks Realty in 2023. Headquartered in the heart of Seneca Rocks, Seneca Rocks Realty serves WV for all real estate needs including residential and commercial property sales, land, and farms Combined with Champ Rock Appraisals, his appraisal company, this dual property company is the only stop you need for buying, selling and/or appraising property. Between his real estate career and experience hunting and fishing all over the region, you can be certain when saying that Jeremy is the land expert. When Jeremy isn’t working property, you can find him outdoors, with his family and friends or pursuing his newest endeavor: local short term rental ownership. Jeremy currently volunteers as clerk of session at Seneca Rocks Presbyterian Church and vice chair of the Pendleton County Economic & Community Development Authority. As a new broker to the area, Jeremy wants to give his clients an opportunity to own a piece of his beautiful home state.

Laura Belle Brown, Realtor
Laura Belle Brown, a licensed agent and the newest addition to the Seneca Rocks Realty team, grew up in Franklin, graduated from West Virginia University and lived multiple places before moving back to Pendleton County with her children in 2017. Laura serves as the Executive Director of the Seneca Rocks Regional Development Authority and works real estate part time. Outside of working and her family, Laura loves being outside, hiking, mushroom hunting, floating the river, and traveling. She believes in creating strong relationships with her clients and some of her favorite career words are, “let the beauty of what you love be what you do.”
