The Lost River Grill and Motel is a turnkey operation. Currently owned by the same owners for the last 20 years. The Grill & TK’s lounge consists of 120 seats and 10 seats at the Bar. The Grill & Lounge is a combination of old & new and is very warm and inviting with knotty pine walls and ceilings and colorful artwork from local artists TK’s Lounge has a neighborhood bar atmosphere, with colorful seasonal lights, cowhide chairs , tv’s and assorted mounted local animals. The Grill & the lounge has dinner specials every night and an additional specials menu on the weekend. The Motel has 9 rooms and a laundry room. Each room has 2 double beds and a private bathroom. The Lost River flows south to north through the valley of the same name , parallel to the Shenandoah Valley and the I-81 corridor. Our Valley lies between Great North Mountain to the east and South Branch Mountain to the west. With its natural resources, spectacular views and easy pace, the valley is a favorite weekend destination for Washingtonians and anyone else seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
